All Canadians benefit from access to expert help in building a financial plan and tackling financial challenges . The program is timely given that nearly one in six  Canadian families have a net worth of $20,000 or less and nearly one in four have no financial savings or investments at all. Currently, there are few source of trained and qualified support available to people on low-income seeking help to manage financial problems and build a sound financial plan.
