About Us

Ford City Financial, located in Ford City Business Neighbourhood, provides tax services, bookkeeping and other financial support to clients in the Windsor and Essex County. Originally run from a home office, Jose Gonzalez purchased a home with commercial space in front on Drouillard Road to launch his business, Ford City Financial fills a gap in the neighbourhood, being the only financial service business in the area. In November of 2017 Jose was awarded the first grant with United Way and the Small Business Centre. With the help of the grant, Jose was able to complete the renovations and open in time for tax season. His goal is to continue expanding his business, offering services, and volunteering his spare time to community events and festivals. He is committed to the renewal and revitalization of Ford City and especially the commercial corridor on Drouillard Road.
